anbalabs ("we," "our," or "us") operates over 200 free browser-based tools for developers, designers, writers, and everyday users. This Privacy Policy explains what little data we handle and how we protect it.

2. Local-First Processing

Every tool on anbalabs runs entirely in your browser using client-side JavaScript. This means:

• No data is uploaded — files, text, numbers, and images you enter never leave your device.
• No server-side processing — all calculations, conversions, and generations happen locally.
• No accounts required — every tool works instantly without sign-up or login.
• No data storage on our servers — we have no database of your tool inputs or results.

3. URL State (Shareable Links)

Some tools support shareable links that encode your input parameters in the URL (e.g., /tools/loan-calculator?principal=250000&rate=6). This data is stored entirely in your browser's URL bar and is never transmitted to our servers. When you share a link, the recipient's browser reads the URL parameters and applies them locally — no server is involved.

4. Local Storage

Some tools optionally save your preferences (like theme settings, recent items, or habit tracking data) to your browser's local storage. This data remains on your device and is never transmitted externally. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.

5. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect:

• Personal information (name, email, address, phone)
• Tool inputs, outputs, or usage patterns
• Files you upload or process
• IP addresses for analytics or tracking

6. Third-Party Services

We use minimal third-party services:

• Google Fonts — The Inter font family is loaded from Google's CDN. Google may receive your IP address when the font file is requested. This is standard for any site using Google Fonts. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Bootstrap — Used for UI components. Loaded from a local copy, not a CDN.
• jQuery — Used for DOM manipulation. Loaded from a local copy, not a CDN.

7. Server Logs

Like most web servers, our hosting provider may automatically log standard information when you visit our site, including your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and requested pages. These logs are used solely for security monitoring and are not linked to any individual user. We do not use analytics services like Google Analytics.

8. Cookies

anbalabs does not set any cookies. The only cookies that may exist are those set by Bootstrap's JavaScript components (like modal dialogs) for functional purposes, and these are strictly necessary for the site to operate.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Since we do not collect any personal information at all, there is no risk of children's data being collected.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Since our tools process data locally, changes to our policy are unlikely to affect how your data is handled.
