Workout Tips
For best results, aim to train each muscle group 2-3 times per week. Alternate between different workout focus areas (chest, back, legs, etc.) to allow proper recovery. Always warm up before exercising and cool down afterward.
Compound exercises (like squats, deadlifts, and bench press) work multiple muscle groups at once and are more efficient for building overall strength. Isolation exercises (like bicep curls) are great for targeting specific muscles.
